Bee busy!or take 10-how not to be!

Hey sweethearts!

How u girls been doing?we on the other side of your world obviously are too busy that we will not be able to entertain u with our articles,tips and everything.the time seems to be moving sooooo fast! assignments, presentation, and study stuffs are getting most of us on our nerves!OMG!we never realize that reading law could be this tough!HAHA.

is this what they called STRESS?!!!

yes,indeed!those laughter and our favorite silly jokes are no longer filling the atmosphere.instead, all the pretty ladies started to frown, having terrible mood swinging and life was not as fun as before!So,we figure out that u girls out there might need a lil bit of our help to cope with daily stress!so,stop being a bee anymore...u got a life to enjoy!

1. Embrace the number one truth about stress: Only you create it.
Stress isn't defined as a large workload, a difficult child, or a rise in terrorism. Stress is your physical and mental reactionto these external stimuli. Remember the truism about alcoholism? The one that says admitting you are an alcoholic is more than 50 percent of the cure? The same is true for stress: Embracing the fact that stress is your reaction to external stimuli -- and not the stimuli themselves -- is half the battle toward managing it. You can't change a crazy world. But you can learn to handle it with humor, humility, and hope. Not coincidentally, virtually every stress-relief method that follows is about how to improve your reaction to
external factors.

2. Take a deep breath and then try to see yourself in someone else's shoes.
As for your dimwit boss and others who seem to try to annoy you, know that they are probably experiencing just as much inner turmoil as they are creating around them.Take a super deep breath trice in a row and off u go rocking the day!

3. Walk the stress off.
Stress hormones prepare your body for a physical response. A healthy way to respond to a rush of stress, then, is to get physical. Go for a brisk 15-minute walk and burn off your nervous energy. Use the time to think through the issue and return to a positive, peaceful frame of mind.

4. Good morning sunshine!
spend a few minutes consciously sensing your body from toes to head. Focus on the feet first. Notice how they feel from the inside out and mentally relax them. Then move upward to your ankles, then to your knees, on up your legs to your torso, chest, upper back, neck, head, and face. As you get used to the technique, you can bring your awareness inside your body and focus on relaxing each body part whenever you start to feel stressed, suggests Lo Bosco

5. When you're ready to rip out your hair, phone a friend.
People who have strong social ties live longer. A diversionary conversation with a close romantic partner, friend, or family member helps prevent stress hormones from triggering high blood pressure and other health complications.

6. Count your blessings once a day.
Once every day, say to yourself (or to someone else): "I feel lucky to have ------ in my life" or "I feel privileged to have ------" Fill in the blanks with the names of family or friends, or with other positives, such as good health or a good career, suggests Dr. Winner.

7. Have a really good cry.
By crying tears you were holding in, you can eliminate depression, make it easier to think clearly, heal old pain and hurt, and achieve a sense of inner peace, says Southern California psychotherapist Tina Tessina, Ph.D., author ofIt Ends With You: Grow Up and Out of Dysfunction. Plus, she says, studies find that crying boosts the immune system and reduces levels of stress hormones.

8. Carry a small notebook with you everywhere. This is your "worry" journal. When you feel stressed, whip it out and scribble down everything on your mind at that minute. Close the journal. Close your eyes. Take 10 deep breaths. Now open the journal and read what you've written. You'll find your worries are not nearly as stressful as you thought now that you've gotten them out of your head and onto the page.

9. Find your own credo, or words to live by. It could be something as simple as the Serenity Prayer, "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change ... " or as complex as the Rudyard Kipling poem "If," one of our favorites.

Key to happiness - change ur bad day to happie day!!

Recently one of our committee member spilled her dirt to us n that dirt has turn her bright day into this terrible mess!! being a good friend to each other. we try so hard to cheer her up but our way seem not to work on her..thankfully one of the other committee member read an article in a fabulous COSMOPOLITAN magazine which help her recover we would like to share it and make world a better place..

So here it is :

Key to happiness 1 : grab ur earphones n get ready to blast ur ears with ur fav song no matter it is a classical mozart or the indie song from Hujan. Coz some pyschologist found that music help channel out ur anger, annoyance n sadness...

Key to happiness 2 : Dare to be outstanding..go play with ur lip colour..put on some red lip gloss as red lips exude confidence n sex appeal. So when ur confidence ur peer will give a positive reaction toward you n help replace ur bad mood with sexy self-assuredness.

Key to happiness 3 : Find some stupid jokes in the internet n get ready to laugh till ur head off.
Key to happiness 4 : Surround ur self with a more joyful, warm and bright colours which discover through a survey can give you a pick me what ur waiting 4? pick a yellow colour wedges or maybe a bright orange top.

Key to happiness 5 : put on your sexiest garment n shine in it. No matter its ur little black dress or ur baju kurung..

Key to happiness 6 : Go to ur favourite places..beaches, shopping mall or for me shoe shop...ask some friends to tag along n hv fun together...

there u go..some of the tips to help u go through a hard bad day..try it..maybe it work for u..Take a good care of urself..

Why we should be single????

There are some reason why we should be single which is....

Reason 1 : Free to flirt with any guy you want (xtmsok that guy yg bname 'M' bkn name sbenar)

Reason 2 : Freedom is all yours!!!!

Reason 3 : X payah nak panggil sesapa or nk perah otak stiap kali couple n nk decide nk pggil ur bf with 'sweetnames' mcm, 'Syg'..'Darling'..'Baby' and especially 'BOO'

Reason 4 : xpyah nak bdarah telinga bgayut kat hp smpai tgh malam....n bengkak hujung jari coz sms-ing ngn ur bf..

Reason 5 : Xpayah nk buang duit nk beli topup everyday coz nk sms n calling2 ur bf or boo or whatsoever u called ur bf la...

Reason 6 : Xpyah nk control cun klo jln dpan bf korg...klo nk jln cam gangster nk rempuh bangunan pon xde org yg kesah...

Reason 7 : Life is short so enjoy la dlu b4 btol2 decide nk settle down....klo agak2 nk kawen, blek je kmpg then ckp kat parents korg, " mak, ayah, saya nk kawen!!!"

Reason 8 : xyah nak ,menonggeng pikir present ape nk bg kat korg nye bf mse valentine's day, burfday, anniv. day or ape2 day yg swaktu dgnnye...

Reason 9 : Bleh sesukasuki hati anda nk kuar ngn kwn anda tnpa pikir korg ade date ke x ngn korg nye bf mse ari tu...

Reason 10 : Susah nk crik lelaki yg bkualiti skrg nih...!!!!!
